Spirit of Dumbiedykes – Sparks

Sparks

Is designed to release small amounts of funding (up £250 for individuals and up to £500 for groups of 3 people or more) to support local people and neighbours who want to run local projects for benefit of the wider community in Dumbiedykes. Constituted groups; organisations or businesses are not eligible. We will accept applications at anytime from but will need 4 weeks to process your request.

The Panel is keen to receive its first application so we invite you to GET THINKING and GET TALKING about what your group can do to help achieve one or more of the following:

  • Improve individual well-being;
  • Improve perceptions towards disability and impairment;
  • Overcome isolation;
  • Connect people within communities

Hard copies of ‘Spark’ grant applications will be available at the Braidwood Centre, Canongate Youth Project and The Crags Sports Centre.
